As the year draws to a close, I look back with gratitude and pride at a 2024 filled with personal growth, professional accomplishments, and meaningful contributions to the communities I serve.

Empowering Talents and Building Solutions

This year, I mentored and trained individuals in product and project management, equipping them with the tools to excel in their careers. Together, we built impactful solutions like Payertel, Shortment, Certifyeet, and Qzplatform. Beyond mentoring, I stepped into the role of talent acquisition lead, helping brands and individuals connect with top talent to drive their visions forward.

At ATB Tech Hub, I played a pivotal role in training and upskilling beginners in tech through mentorship programs, fostering a new generation of innovators.

Rebranding for Greater Impact

In 2024, I led the rebranding of Cre8ng Digitals to solidify its role as a creative, marketing, and startup agency. With a renewed focus, Cre8ng Digitals is now positioned to serve Ogun State, Nigeria, and Africa at large—bridging gaps for businesses in need of strategic solutions while fostering innovation in the startup ecosystem.

Mentorship, Training, and Community Development

• Partnering with FATE Foundation, I mentored SMEs and MSMEs, offering business consultation and guidance for scaling their ventures.
• I secured grants to train 100 girls in the EmpowerHER Program, empowering them with technical and leadership skills. Read here
• Collaborated with the Ogun State Government to launch a full-stack development training program under the AYAF Initiative, creating pathways for tech enthusiasts to thrive.
• Contributed meaningfully to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by fostering innovation, promoting gender equality, and advocating for quality education and economic growth through various initiatives.
• Collaborated with Montessori School to champion STEM education, inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts and innovators.

Building Communities and Driving Innovation

2024 was a landmark year for my ecosystem-building efforts:

• Hosted the first and largest design conference in Abeokuta as part of the Figma Config Watchparty, marking a return to physical events for Friends of Figma, Abeokuta, where I serve as Team Lead.
• Co-founded the Abeokuta Tech Fest in partnership with Techzone Academy to launch the Skill Up Event, providing a platform for skill acquisition and networking opportunities for tech enthusiasts.
• Continued to foster connections and opportunities through The Insurance Community (TIC) and other initiatives.

Partnerships and Collaborations

• Signed collaborations and partnerships with GFA and Frootify, creating strategic opportunities for growth and innovation in various industries.
• Partnered with key organizations and institutions to create impactful programs and initiatives that drive innovation and learning.

National Recognition and Advocacy

I was privileged to contribute at the federal level to two transformative programs:

1. National Digital Economy Draft Bill: Sharing insights to shape Nigeria’s future in the digital economy.
2. Nigeria Startup Bill Act Stakeholders’ Meeting: My vision for building an ecosystem around talents, communities, and startups was adopted as part of a national framework, a proud moment of influence and impact. You can read more here:

• Served as a panelist at the Rising of the Underdogs event, sharing my journey of overcoming challenges and leveraging personal development to unlock opportunities.
• Collaborated with The Creative Voice to host the Content People Event, fostering connections and collaboration among creatives.
• Consulted for Techzone Academy and other organizations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance operational and organizational effectiveness.

Other Professional Highlights

At ATB Tech Hub, I managed key products like NotchHR, NotchCX, and Finratus, expanding their reach and functionalities. I also implemented features like storage management systems and developed robust admin dashboards to enhance usability for clients.

My role as a Senior Project Manager also extended to successfully onboarding clients, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering value across various projects.
