Hello, I’m John Kent-Adebayo, and my journey in the tech industry has not only been about building products and fostering communities but also about nurturing talent. Throughout my career, I’ve placed a strong emphasis on identifying and nurturing talent. At ATB Tech, I have been deeply involved in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract individuals who not only possess the right skills but also align with our organizational values and culture. By conducting thorough interviews and assessments, I help identify candidates who have the potential to drive our mission forward.
Developing Talent Pipelines
Building a robust talent pipeline is crucial for sustaining growth and innovation. At Cre8ng Digitals and 720Degree Innovation Hub, I’ve implemented strategies to develop talent pipelines, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. By partnering with educational institutions, hosting internships, and participating in career fairs, we’ve been able to attract and cultivate a pool of talented individuals ready to contribute to our projects.
Training and Upskilling
Once talent is onboarded, continuous development is key to maintaining a competitive edge.
