As the Senior Product Manager at NotchHR, I have been instrumental in leading the development and enhancement of the platform. My responsibilities included product strategy, roadmap planning, feature development, and user experience optimization. In addition to managing development teams and DevOps, I also provided support to clients and collaborated with the customer success team to ensure exceptional user satisfaction.
